Yesterday I had a really good day. I went to see my therapist for the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy regarding my panic attacks. She thinks I am doing so well that she has extended our contract to 20 weeks.
I went shopping afterwards for Lou's wedding presents and spent a good few hours in town. We popped along to see my eldest daughter at her restaurant and booked a Christmas dinner at her other restaurant, Intimo's.
Tuesday night I missed CSI Miami on channel 5 so settled down to watch it last night on the rerun and fell asleep hahaha..........I hardly ever do that. Shows you how tired I was lol.
I also spoke to the bride to be and on the Saturday we might be going to Stonehendge as it's only a few minutes away from where she lives............I hope we do as I have never been there before and always wanted to see it.
The spamming on here is getting worse, even though non friends are moderated. I am having to reject at least 20 a day now off the same post............the buggers.
Not sure what Silent One means by 'delete the post' that will cut the link...I do that with every one that comes to my blog but the majority of mine aren't going to my blog but to my mail provider...GBHs...XX
I am glad you are/might be able to experience Stonehendge...I would love to go there...about the spamming...the first thought that popped into my head when you say you have to reject 20 a day...Delete the post...that will cut the link...the spammers must have saved the link to your post...if it is a post that your friends have commented on then repost but as friends only...this way only those who you want to comment can comment and you wont get a ton of spam.
