We left at about 6.40am and arrived safely. There were a few idiots on the M25 but aren't there always?
We went shopping at Asdas to get the bits for the picnic tomorrow for our big day out. I just hope the weather is nice. It's been drizzling today with the odd bit of sunshine. I wish the weather would make it's mind up, either rain or let the sun shine. Changing every hour is just sooooo frustrating. You never know whether to take a coat or not, wear a nice summery dress, or wear jeans and jacket
.
After lunch we took the twins and Carl, Col's middle son, to Stockwood Discovery Centre in Luton. It started off as the Mossman Museum for horse drawn carriages, which includes some really old ones and also lots of memoribilia from the 1700's upwards. There's a lovely playpark for the kids, and beautifu gardens. It's all free and there is plenty to look at and there is lots more to do then I have mentioned. The picture was taken in the Bee Gallery and yes there are real bees there. Strawman ( click photo for a larger image) is life sized and smiles at you as you go round the corner lol
.
All in all, it's been a nice day and I am totally knackered, I only had about 3 hours sleep last night.

Sounds like a wonderful time despite the weather. Wish I was with you!
